A flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies to all orders within the UAE unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or special offers.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days from the date the order is confirmed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and verification of order details. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

WATEHA BEAUTY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
